Air Canada flight “bumps” onto Halifax runway. No one hurt

Air Canada flight 624 arriving from Toronto at Stanfield International Airport (Halifax, Nova Scotia) slammed into a utility line. All 132 passengers and five crew members and passengers were evacuated. There were no serious injuries although some people seemed to have cuts. The terminal and airport were blacked out and without power temporarily. The incident occurred during heavy snow and low visibility.
